The 1964 design of the Utility Shirt featured V-cut pocket flaps, cuffed sleeves and domed plastic buttons. Like its predecessor,it was made from olive green (OG-107) 8.8oz cotton sateen.

1. Military Specification MIL-S-3001F. (6 November 1964)

(Left Sleeve) The 1st Logistical Command, known as the "1st Log," provided support for the U.S. Army in Vietnam. Activated in Saigon in April 1965, the command became the largest Army organization in Vietnam growing to more than 50,000 personnel.

(Right Sleeve) The 32nd AAMDC or 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command (32nd AAMDC) is a theater level Army air and missile defense multi-component organization with a worldwide, 72-hour deployment mission.

Army Specialist (E-4) : Specialist (SPC) is considered one of the junior enlisted ranks in the U.S. Army. Ranked above Private First Class (E-3)
