4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update pricing, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing information.
When you place a card order, an authorization request is sent to your bank or payment provider to confirm that funds are available. An authorization may appear as a pending transaction or temporary hold; it is not the same as a completed charge.
We capture payment after the order has completed our verification process. Payment is not automatically captured simply because you placed an order, and capture is not necessarily tied to the moment the package ships. Authorization and account-display details may vary by payment method and provider.
Some orders require additional security verification. We may contact you using the information supplied at checkout, and an order will not be dispatched until any required review is complete. If we cannot verify the order or it does not meet our security requirements, we may cancel it and ask you to place a new order with corrected information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund it to the original payment method. If the transaction has only been authorized, the authorization will be voided where applicable. We dispatch orders from Los Angeles, California. All dispatch cutoffs use Pacific Time (PT). Our Shipping Policy sets out the same-day and next-business-morning dispatch commitments, carrier holiday arrangements, and conditions for orders that require additional verification. Dispatch includes physically handing the package to the carrier; carrier transit and delivery are separate.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control.
Rare Gear USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
