VINTAGE US ARMY M-1965 M65 FIELD JACKET 1980 25TH INFANTRY DIVISION PATCH SIZE EXTRA SMALL EXTRA SHORT

The hip length M1965 cold weather coat was made from OG-107 water repellent and wind resistant cotton-nylon sateen and had a zip front closure and Velcro cuff fasteners. The two bellows type chest pockets and two lower inside hanging pockets were closed by snap fasteners and the hood was zipped into the back of the coat’s rounded collar. Like its M1951 predecessor it had both waist and hem drawstrings and could be fitted with a detachable liner.

The 25th Infantry Division (nicknamed "Tropic Lightning") is a United States Army division based at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii. The division, which was activated on 1 October 1941 in Hawaii, conducts military operations primarily in the Asia-Pacific region. Its present deployment is composed of Stryker, light infantry, airborne, and aviation units.
